^Underlying Fund management fees are estimated to be 1.80% pa of the NAV of the Fund. Managed Assets means the total assets of the Underlying Fund (including any assets attributable to any preferred shares that may be issued or to indebtedness) minus the Underlying Fund’s liabilities other than liabilities relating to indebtedness. Management Costs which includes Underlying Fund’s estimated expenses and estimated recoverable expenses of 0.61% also apply. Please refer to the PDS for more details.
*Performance Fees are not charged by the Fund. However, performance fees (also known as Incentive Fees) may be payable indirectly to the Underlying Fund which is 15% subject to a hurdle rate of 1.5% per quarter (6% annualised), and subject to a catch-up feature.
