  • Nick Hamilton

    Nick Hamilton, General Manager - AUS

    Prior to joining Fidante in 2015, Nick was based in London. Nick left Australia in 2000 after working as an analyst in the international equities team at Rothschild. From London and Denver Nick worked for Reuters, Invesco Perpetual and most latterly Woodford Investment Management. At Reuters, Nick was responsible for designing portfolio analytics for their global funds management research business. At Invesco Perpetual, Nick was Product Director (Investment Specialist) for the UK Equities Team from 2003 to 2006.

    Following that, Nick was appointed Head of International Products for Invesco Perpetual from 2006-2013, responsible for building the global equity and latterly multi-asset investment and product offering that is now marketed globally by Invesco.

    Following a brief return to Australia in 2013, Nick was brought back to the UK as Partner & COO for Woodford Investment Management, a UK based fund management business. Nick returned to Australia in late 2015 to commence with Fidante as Head of Product and Marketing.

  • PeterPaul Pardi

    PeterPaul Pardi, Head of Fidante Partners, EMEA & North America

    Based in London, PeterPaul joined Fidante Partners in December 2018 as Head of Europe & US. He has nearly 30 years of financial & investment management experience in executive management, strategic and business development roles, and has worked with Institutional, SWF and Retail clients globally.

    Prior to joining Fidante, PeterPaul was a Strategic Advisor to The Floreat Group, an independent and privately held investment group that attracts, incubates and acquires investment teams and companies, and distributes its product globally. From 2012 to 2016, Peter Paul was the CEO of BNY Mellon Asset Management EMEA, the Global Head of Distribution and Co-Chairman of BNY Mellon Bank Middle East & Africa. As CEO of EMEA, he led all strategic, operational and business activities in EMEA & LATAM, and managed 220 employees, $150bn in client AUM and $700m of annual enterprise revenues. In his position as Global Head of Distribution, PeterPaul was responsible for the sales, marketing, product development and client service functions worldwide. There, PeterPaul worked closely with the CEOs of BNY Mellon Investment Management’s 13 boutiques, and was responsible for over 900 employees globally, $320bn in global client AUM and $1.5bn of annual enterprise revenue.

    During 2008 to 2012, PeterPaul was a Partner based in the Middle East at the multi-specialist private equity firm, Arcapita Bank, where he oversaw the development of the institutional business for PE, RE, Infrastructure and VC as well as all Sovereign Wealth relationships globally. Previously, PeterPaul held senior executive roles at a variety of major global asset management firms including PIMCO (2002-2006) as EVP and Head of Institutional Wholesale business for Europe and the Middle East, and Lehman Brothers (2006-2008) as Managing Director and International Head of Distribution (EMEA & APAC ex US).

    PeterPaul has a BA in International Relations & Economics from Tufts University, an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and an MSc in Quantitative Investment Management from the University of Southern California.

  • James Munce

    James Munce, Chief Operating Officer - UK

    Prior to joining Fidante in 2017, James worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) for ten years where he built out the Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions (MLIS) Alternative UCITS Platform which grew to USD 6.5bn and over 20 third party managers.

    James sat on the Board of MLIS and was appointed CEO of its management company. James was primarily responsible for building out the operating, risk and compliance infrastructure of the platform and ensuring the infrastructure evolved with the changing regulatory landscape. The managers on the platform covered all liquid alternative asset classes.

    Prior to joining BAML James trained as a chartered accountant with PwC auditing hedge funds and private equity funds.
